MTVA Member Agreement

The member abides by and agrees to pay the decided amount of annual dues/fees on the due date of payment.

By following the terms and conditions of the sponsorship agreement, the member grants the sponsor to use of the member’s trade name logo designs, trademarks, and company descriptions in any medium of advertising means, promotional products, and marketing materials.

The member will indemnify and hold MTVA harmless from and against any claims relating directly or indirectly.

MTVA will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property belonging to a member, its employees, contractors, agents, directors, or invitees except to the extent that claims may be solely, directly willful misconduct and gross negligence sponsor and MTVA’s employee’s directors or officers or assignees.

The member will give MTVA a written notice of any claim that comes within the purview of these indemnities.

In no event will other parties be responsible to other parties for any consequential incidental or indirect damages, whether such liability results from the break of a membership agreement.

In case of any disagreement at any point between both parties, the parties will settle the matter through an independent arbitrator by mutual agreement.

The membership agreement will supersede all mentioned oral and written forms of understanding between the member and the MTVA.

The membership agreement may not be amended/changed or modified until the willingness to write an amendment and the signature of both parties.

The membership agreement will be governed and executed following the laws of the state of Connecticut.

The membership shall not be transferred to any third party without written approval from MTVA.
